turns and tells the story of a grandson of Haile Selassie came to Italy to study around the thirties, before the Ethiopian war. The protagonist of the novel, very casual with women, a lover of luxury and good living, it combines all the colors and can be maintained, regardless of expense and without, for another, comply with the requests made to it (writing a letter to his uncle Negus to extol the virtues of the Fascist Revolution). This young prince of color, beautiful, athletic, a great lover and, above all, a very clever man, he manages to make fun of everyone, even the leader, showing the true face of the miserable fascist regime. Camilleri suggests that invented facts and documents in their falsehood, reconstruct perfectly the atmosphere of quell'Italietta ridiculous ruled by pompous and vulgar characters.
(Alas, as Italy looks like today!).
